Refunds & Return Policy

Our “Brand Promise” entrusts us to provide full-refund to the PBOs, by allowing the direct sellers a reasonable cooling-off period in which to cancel participation and receive a refund on all our product returns within 30 days from the date of joining.
PBOs can utilize this as an opportunity to operate their business at 100% risk-free level, however, if the PBO is not satisfied with the products, they can be returned to the company within 30 days from the Date of purchase and can get a full refund within 30 days from the date of products submission to the company or can exchange with other range of products for the same value.

Note: The Product can be refunded only if the product is NOT-USED more than 30% (which is calculated as per piece) and should match the product condition criteria as mentioned in 1.1 table

PBO Refund guidelines:

PBO Within 30 days of Order Date Products must not be used more than 30% or should be in Saleable condition.

During product returns PBO should ensure to submit following documents:

  • Feedback Form
  • Return Form
  • Respective Invoices

Reference Notes:

  • Saleable refers to products that are unopened and sealed.
  • Unsaleable are products which have been partially used (30%).
  • Total returns cannot exceed the quantity appearing on the Invoice.

Product Returns & Refund Process:

  • Total returns cannot exceed the quantity appearing on the Invoice.
  • PSV adjustment of Products returned shall be processed in the immediate pay schedule. Total PSV of the returned products will be deducted from the returning PBO’s account.
  • Period of return for products is calculated as the number of days from the Invoice Date, to the date of receipt at the ProYoung Stockists or Office Premises.
  • This Condition herein refers to the status in which the stock is received back from the PBO as a return. The product can be ‘Saleable’ or ‘Unsaleable’ depending on the condition of the returned stock as assessed by the Returns executive at the ProYoung Office or Pro Young’s Stockist Premises.
  • In the case of more than 7 days dispatch delay, the refund period of 30 days for PBOs, 90 days for PLS will be considered from the date of products dispatched, respective to the accounting nature of the user.
  • Refund policy will not be applicable to PLS sales, which are already sold from the PLS dashboard to PBO irrespective to physical stock dispatches and deliveries.
  • The Product Return Policy doesn’t apply to open packs of literature and videos or other sales aids.

PLS can utilize this as an opportunity to operate their business at 100% risk-free level, however, if the PLS is not satisfied with the products, they can be returned to the company within 90 days from the Date of purchase and can get a full refund within 30 days from the date of products submission to the company or can exchange with other range of products for the same value.

Note: The Product can be refunded only if the product is NOT-USED and on satisfying the product condition criteria as mentioned in 1.2 table.

During product returns PLS should ensure to submit following documents:

  • Respective Invoices
